The Carl M. Freeman Foundation strongly believes that organizations that have a solid infrastructure and good organizational management operate more efficiently and effectively. To promote and encourage these strengths, the Foundation occasionally underwrites training opportunities for nonprofit leaders to benefit their agencies and themselves by providing seminars and information that improve effectiveness and management skills.
