The Carl M. Freeman Foundation currently provides several different types of grant opportunities in the communities where we live and work:

FACES Grants
Since 2000, the Carl M. Freeman Foundation has supported communities through our FACES Program (Freeman Foundation Assists Communities with Extra Support) which focuses on funding smaller projects that truly make a difference in the programs that are funded.
Major Grants
The Foundation formalized its larger grant-making program in 2003. At that time The Foundation began accepting applications and awarding grants with funding ranging from $5,000 - $30,000.
Special Grants
Over the years, the Carl M. Freeman Foundation has funded special one-time grants ranging from $250 to $2,000,000, as well as various multi-year grants. Some of these grant opportunities are by invitation only, others are legacy grants that honor Freeman family members.
