Foundation Staff attends APAP conference

Recently, two members of the Joshua M. Freeman Staff attended the APAP (Association of Performing Arts Presenters) conference in New York City. Patti Grimes, Executive Director, and Doug Phillips, Marketing Manager, attended the annual four day conference & expo that also featured hundreds of performance showcases. Patti and Doug were able to attend continuing education courses, meet with talent agents, assess new technologies for performing arts venues, and further solidify the relationship with grantors like the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation and Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour, whom have both giving program support to the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation in the past. As well, the staff was able to attend many showcases throughout the city, which will help to identify some of the unique performances that will take place at The Freeman Stage at Bayside during the summer season.
